Since August 2006 , the company received the PTAC's assistance regarding our service of bid announcements, CCR, Pro-Net, ORCA and HUB-Zone registrations. The PTAC searched for bid opportunities and on September 6, 2006 they won a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs for ( Replacement of Air Conditioning System for a Cold Water Chiller System at the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Ponce, Puerto Rico). The amount of the contract was $1,300,000.00 generating 15 jobs.

Established in 1993, B & B Communications Inc. is a local small 8(a) & HUB-Zone certified business that provides services as communications and electrical contractors. Since May 2002, the company received PTAC's assistance and on June 07, 2005 the company won a contract of “Telecommunication cabling of new office space at the Immigration & Customs Enforcement Office at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport" with the the Immigrations and Custom Enforcement (Department of Homeland Security). The amount of the contract was $29,447.70.
